En art\u00edculos anteriores te recomend\u00e9 distintas formas de acercarte a los cl\u00e1sicos para que no se hiciera tan cuesta arriba (haz clic <\/span>aqu\u00ed<\/span><\/a> si te interesa saber c\u00f3mo). <\/span>Una de las recomendaciones que te compart\u00ed era <\/span>conocer obras cl\u00e1sicas a trav\u00e9s de adaptaciones<\/span>. Y h<\/span>oy te traigo <\/span>un caso que me encanta<\/span> de estas adaptaciones para que veas lo interesante que se pone todo cuando conocemos m\u00e1s de las relaciones que existen entre distintas obras.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n

Y t\u00fa me dir\u00e1s, \u00bfQu\u00e9 tiene que ver el cl\u00e1sico de Shakespeare del S. XVII, con la ic\u00f3nica pel\u00edcula de Disney? Pues mucho m\u00e1s de lo que te imaginas.<\/span>

<\/span><\/p>

\u201c<\/span>Hamlet<\/span>\u201d <\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n

Es una de las obras maestras de Shakespeare, con una trama llena de intriga, venganza y dilemas morales. Sin embargo, hoy, t\u00fa y yo, vamos a revisar su eje narrativo.<\/span> El coraz\u00f3n de la historia<\/span>. <\/span><\/p>


<\/strong><\/p>

Tenemos a un <\/span>joven pr\u00edncipe<\/span> que, tras la dudosa muerte de su padre, ve a su <\/span>t\u00edo Claudio<\/span> convertirse en el <\/span>nuevo rey<\/span> y el nuevo esposo de su madre. Este lo manda a realizar un <\/span>viaje<\/span> en el cual deber\u00eda <\/span>perder su vida<\/span> a manos de otros; sin embargo, esto no sucede y regresa a casa. Y, como si no tuviese suficiente para estar contrariado, el <\/span>esp\u00edritu de su padre<\/span> se le presenta y le <\/span>exige venganza<\/span> porque fue el nuevo rey, es decir, su t\u00edo, quien lo mat\u00f3 (ideal para la novela de la tarde, verdad?). Luego de algunas idas y venidas, Hamlet confirma lo que el esp\u00edritu de su padre le hab\u00eda anunciado y logra su venganza, aunque esto finalmente le va a costar la vida.<\/span><\/p>


<\/strong><\/p>

\u201c<\/span>El rey Le\u00f3n<\/span>\u201d <\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n

Aqu\u00ed, tambi\u00e9n vemos a un <\/span>joven pr\u00edncipe, Simba<\/span>, que vive la muerte de su padre y un t\u00edo que <\/span>toma el poder<\/span>.  Aqu\u00ed <\/span>Scar, su t\u00edo<\/span>, lo acusa de la muerte del rey y lo env\u00eda en un <\/span>viaje <\/span>que le har\u00eda <\/span>perder su vida <\/span>a manos de las hienas. Tambi\u00e9n observamos la necesidad de que el pr\u00edncipe tome cartas en el asunto y vengue la muerte de su padre (en este caso, recuperando el trono quitado). Y, adem\u00e1s, tenemos la <\/span>aparici\u00f3n del esp\u00edritu de Mufasa<\/span>, en una escena francamente conmovedora, dici\u00e9ndole a Simba que es hora de <\/span>tomar su lugar en el reino<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n

<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n

\u00bfVes cu\u00e1nto tienen en com\u00fan estas obras?<\/span><\/p>


<\/span>\t<\/span><\/span>Estos dos personajes protag\u00f3nicos comparten una conexi\u00f3n tem\u00e1tica profunda: la <\/span>lucha por la justicia y la superaci\u00f3n de los miedos<\/span> en pos de un bien mayor. Ambos experimentan un proceso de madurez a medida que enfrentan la situaci\u00f3n y cumplen con lo pedido por su difunto padre.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n

<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n

Adem\u00e1s, los personajes de <\/span>Scar y Claudio<\/span> comparten similitudes sorprendentes: ambos son t\u00edos malvados que <\/span>usurpan el trono y manipulan<\/span> a todos a su alrededor para alcanzar sus objetivos ego\u00edstas.<\/span><\/p>


<\/strong><\/p>

Hay dos diferencias relevantes entre las obras<\/span><\/p>

  • Scar nunca se casa con la leona reina, Sarabi<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    • Simba no muere por su reino, sino que toma su lugar como rey<\/span>

      <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Supongo, Disney no crey\u00f3 conveniente respetar estas dos situaciones por cuidado de sus peque\u00f1os espectadores, mientras que a Shakespeare no le movi\u00f3 un pelo ponernos en frente toda esta tragedia desgarradora por donde la mires. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n

      <\/span><\/strong><\/p>

      <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>

      Aqu\u00ed nos ponemos un poco serios y te doy el dato que no sab\u00edas que necesitabas<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>

      La<\/span> intertextualidad <\/span>es la <\/span>relaci\u00f3n que existe entre diferentes textos<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

      La <\/span>interdiscursividad<\/span> es la <\/span>relaci\u00f3n entre obras literarias y otras artes. <\/span><\/p>

      (como aqu\u00ed una obra de teatro y una pel\u00edcula)<\/span><\/p>

      \u00bfLo ves?<\/span>

      <\/span><\/p>

      La intertextualidad no solo enriquece nuestras experiencias culturales, <\/span><\/p>

      sino que, tambi\u00e9n, nos permite apreciar la<\/span> relevancia universal<\/span> de las obras maestras.<\/span><\/p>

      <\/span><\/p>

      Con \u00ab<\/span>El Rey Le\u00f3n<\/span>\u00ab, el legado de \u00ab<\/span>Hamlet<\/span>\u00bb se transforma en una <\/span>posibilidad real<\/span> para una nueva generaci\u00f3n de espectadores.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n

      La relaci\u00f3n entre \u00ab<\/span>El Rey Le\u00f3n<\/span>\u00bb y \u00ab<\/span>Hamlet<\/span>\u00bb es enorme, y saberlo, puede ser muy <\/span>enriquecedor para ti, <\/span>que ahora sabes que tienen una relaci\u00f3n intertextual, y tienes algo nuevo que contar en esa charla de caf\u00e9 que programaste para el fin de semana.<\/span><\/p>
